Come Closer to See Nothing
Exhibition view I Belgrade Youth Centre 2016
The exhibition Come Closer to See Nothing is composed of large- and small-format paintings, a wall installation comprising over four hundred watercolours painted in different shades of blue, as well as sculptures/objects in the exhibition space that also form part of the installation. The relationship between line and shape, colour and whiteness, the grid and the object, the thick layers of paint and the thin watercolour brushstrokes characterise this exhibition, expressing the unity of fairly diverse elements which are best seen as a whole.
